Sanya sees Tourism Comfort Index hitting 83.4 in January 2014
In order to help improve tourist's satisfaction, on 21st January Sanya officially issued China’s first Tourism Comfort Index during the peak tourist season.
Sanya’s Tourism Comfort Index in January reached 83.4 (BBB: comfortable), according to the rating standard proposed by the China Tourism Academy.
The Tourism Comfort Index was established after a series of comprehensive analysis and evaluation on 3 aspects, including the natural environment comfort level, the social humanistic environment comfort level, and the comfort level of tourism services involved in transportation, accommodation, meals, shopping and scenic spots.
The predicted values of Sanya’s natural environment comfort level, social humanistic environment comfort level and tourism service comfort level were AA (91.72: very comfortable ), CCC (70.61: relatively comfortable ), and BB (81.79: comfortable), respectively.
