Sanya’s first Sculpture Exhibition, themed ‘Beautiful Sanya, Impressive Ice Sculptures,’ was kicked off in Longpo Village in Jiyang Town on December 22nd.

Throughout the festival, more than 50 works of art from renowned sculptors will remain on display and a series of activities for adults and kids, including an ice maze, will be offered to bring people a winter dreamland of crystal-like ice on this tropical island.

In addition to the ice sculpture exhibition, residents and tourists can see 4 lovely penguins that have been transported from Tianjin to Sanya to enrich the winter festive atmosphere.

The exhibition is scheduled to last for one year. Tickets prices to the scenic spot are sold at 120 Yuan per person and students, elderly, children with height below 1.2 meters, and people with disabilities are entitled to half the price with valid cards.
