Home transaction sales in Sanya remained the highest among Hainan Island’s cities and counties in the period of January to November, with total sales equaling 23.788 billion Yuan.

The rest of the top five cities/counties in terms of transaction sales were Haikou (22.861 billion), Lingshui (13.282 billion), Qionghai (6.435 billion) and Wanning (6.045 billion).

Haikou ranked #1 in Hainan in transaction volume growth, which was a 26.4% increase from the previous year, followed by Sanya (1.61 million sqm), Qionghai (0.88 million sqm), Wenchang (0.78 million sqm) and Chengmai (0.76 million sqm).
