The Sanya Phoenix International Airport was recently named the 2013 National Customer Satisfaction Enterprise by the Chinese Quality Association and National Consumer Committee.

On March 11th 2013, the airport was honored with the ASQ Award for Best Improvement in the Asia-Pacific region, the fifth international airport in the region to win the award.

In recent years, the Sanya Phoenix International Airport has been increasingly committed to improving its service quality and customer satisfaction index, and its worldwide ranking in terms of passenger satisfaction increased from 108th in 2009 to 15th in 2012.

Meanwhile, the ASQ rating of Sanya’s airport has been rising over the past years, with its rating up from 3.60 in 2009 to 4.69 in 2012.
