The average price of newly built homes in Sanya has risen 0.81% to 24,670 yuan/sqm in November, according to a December 1st report released by a renowned property research institution.

The survey collected data on housing prices in 100 Chinese cities in November. Statistics from the survey show that China’s housing prices had a 0.68% increase compared with the previous month, with the average house price standing at 10,758 yuan/sqm.

According to the report, the average price of new commercial residential houses in Haikou in November stood at 10,581 yuan/sqm, rising 0.73% compared with a year earlier, and down from an 11.03% decrease in October.
