The large-scale commercial project of Sanya Shengli Shopping Plaza has started attracting investors from December 5th, 2013.

The project is located in the central area of Sanya city, where the roads lead in all directions and transportation is very convenient. It will be created in the prosperous Central Business District in the city of Sanya and will combine shopping, catering, entertainment, tourism and business.

The Sanya Shengli Shopping Plaza project has a construction area of 18,000 square meters and a commercial area of 50,000 square meters, and will be built into a four-storey building.

A 400-meter tourism commercial pedestrian street, which will be Hainan’s longest one, will be constructed on the first floor.

And Hainan’s largest supermarket, Wanghao, will settle down on the third floor of the plaza, with its business area reaching 17,000 square meters.

The fourth floor will be the first ecological parking lot initiated in Hainan province, with 500 parking places. Vehicles are able to go directly onto the third floor for shopping at the Wanghao Supermarket.
