Since the inauguration of the Sanya Forum in 2012, this year’s forum will take place on December 13-15 at the Sheraton hotel in Sanya, Hainan. Organized by China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC), and presented by CAIJING Magazine with support from the Hainan and Sanya Governments, the Sanya Forum is a high-profile platform convening top-ranking business executives, think-tank leaders and far-sighted policy makers to explore pressing issues facing the world and to seek solutions.

This year’s theme is "Restructuring to Explore New Driving Forces for Growth." Furthermore, a distinguished assemblage of leaders from the world and the full spectrum of industries, have committed to join us, which includes Tony BLAIR, Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Dominique de Villepin, Former French Prime Minister, Grzegorz KOLODKO, Former First Deputy Premier and Minister of Finance of Poland, CHEN Qingtai, Former CPC Secretary and Vice President, ZHANG Guobao, Former Vice-Minister of State Development and Reform Commission, WU Xiaoling Deputy director of the finance committee of the National People’s Congress, ZHU Min, Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, and QIAN Yingyi, Dean of School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University.

The conference program will design various panel discussions on a wide range of hot topics including cooperation and opportunities of globalization in the post-crisis era, new drives for global growth, reforms and growth in the emerging economy including China, transformation for private enterprises, improvement of financial regulation and financial market in China, integration of Chinese and western cultures and their development.
