16th China-Japan-South Korea Buddhist Exchange Conference held in Sanya
Under the theme “Getting Psychological Relief after a Natural Disaster”, the 16th China-Japan-South Korea Buddhist Friendship Exchange Conference was held in Sanya yesterday.
The conference was sponsored by the Japan-China-South Korea International Buddhist Exchange Council and the Sanya Buddhism Association.
More than 100 Buddhist delegates from the three countries took part in the conference, pledging to strengthen cooperation, accelerate the process of social harmony in Asia and safeguard world peace.
The China-Japan-Korea Buddhist Exchange Conference has experienced many internal and external changes since its inception in 1995, and every year its importance in the world is increasing.
