At the invitation of the Hainan Overseas Friendship Association, an economic and trade delegation headed by Mr.Wu ChangMao paid a visit to Sanya on the 5th and 6th of November.

Fu De’an, deputy director of the Sanya Municipal People's Congress, extended a warm welcome to the delegation and delivered a brief introduction to Hainan’s social and economic development.

Fu said overseas Chinese have played an active and important role in the development of Sanya’s economy, and expressed his hopes that Sanya would enjoy continued support from overseas Chinese in its social and economic development.

A preliminary collaboration intention on fruit processing and transport refrigeration cooperation was reached between the delegation and Sanya.
