The reporter learnt from relevant departments in Haikou that Haikou has made ten pieces of micro-stimulus policies in the first half of 2014, and in the latter half of the year, Haikou will reinforce the stimulus, extend relevant fields and cultivate new economic growth points. Haikou is going to make stimulus policies in six fields in agriculture, industry, real estate, financial industry, commerce & tourism and new urbanization, including further adjusting and deregulating house-purchase settled policy, encouraging online store registration and settling in Haikou, duly starting construction of pilot towns of second batch of balance urban and rural development, etc..

 

Haikou has implemented ten pieces of micro-stimulus policies against the new problems during economic operation in the first quarter through in-depth survey, finding out the reasons, comprehensive management and accurate measures, including implementing ￥136,000,000 award funds for air route and flights, formulating supportive policies in water transport, commerce & trade and real estate and holding fourteen special promotions for tourism and real estate. Currently the effect of the measures for stabilizing the economic growth shows preliminarily.

 

It is reported that Haikou will reinforce the stimulus, extend relevant fields and cultivate new economic growth points in the latter half of 2014. Therefore Haikou upgrades micro-stimulus policies to stimulus policies to further release the development vitality.
