Sanya Phoenix International Airport
 
The winter-spring flight schedule (2013-2014) is officially adopted by all airliners at the Sanya Phoenix International Airport on October 27th, which will last 22 weeks until March 29th 2014, in accordance to the regulation of CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China).

During the 154-day winter-spring season, the new schedule will trigger carriers to add more flights in Sanya, with an increase of above 35% from the same period of last year, and the number of multi-point flights sharply increases and totals 73, accounting for 35.3% of the whole number.

A total of 23 airliners will operate domestic flights to Sanya during the new season, and Kunming Airlines will offer its first flight to Sanya. Besides, tourists are able to directly access to 45 domestic cities through the Sanya Phoenix International Airport.

During the new season, the airport is expected to see 340 aircraft sorties to takeoff and landing everyday, and the daily passenger throughput of the airport is expected to reach 48,470.
