The Sanya Railway Station started selling the Expresspay Card, distributed by China Railway & Banking Expresspay Co., Ltd. (CRBE for short), for use on Hainan East Ring Railway on October 8th, 2013.

The card can be purchased at designated ticket windows in the station for a 30 yuan fee, plus a first-time charge of 300 yuan.

The time limit for the use of the card will be 10 years and cardholders can swipe the cards to board trains at Sanya Station, Yalong Bay Station, Lingshui Station, Wanning Station, Boao Station, Wenchang Station, Qionghai Station, Meilan Station and Haikou East Station.

The Expresspay Card will make it easy for passengers at the stations to procure tickets easily, and collect tickets reserved online. In addition, Haikou East Station and Haikou Station also started selling the cards.
