Sanya’s most expensive bus ticket costs RMB37

The whole-route ticket fare for Bus No.29 is the most expensive in Sanya, according to the Sanya Price Control Bureau.

Unlike the other buses running within the city, Bus No.29 offers a spot-to-spot tourism service, which means the tourist bus heads all the way up to the destinations, rather than simply dropping tourists in the vicinity.

The bus route, which stretches a total length of 146 km, includes 14 tourist destination stops. The single fare will be calculated by the distance travelled, and will be anywhere from 2 to 37 yuan per person.

The spot-to-spot tourist bus stops are as follows: Haohanpo Hot Spring Resort – 301 Hospital at Haitang Bay–Wuzhizhou Island –Yalong Bay Railway Station–Yalong Bay–Dadonghai–Luhuitotu Park–Sanya Railway Station–Sanya Phoenix Airport– Tianyahaijiao– Orchid World– Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone– Daxiaodongtian Scenic Spots.
