By October 29th, the third batch of 18 cities, which includes Sanya, will join the nationwide all-in-one-card network. The cardholders will then be able to use the card in the 35 cities that have joined the network and can recognize each other’s all-in-one-cards.

The 18 cities are mainly located in the Yangtze River Delta region, Northeast China, and Central China, and include Tianjin, Fuzhou in Fujian Province, Shenyang in Liaoning province, Sanya in Hainan province, Zhanjiang in Guangdong Province, Wuxi in Jiangsu province, Nantong in Jiangsu province, Karamay in Xinjiang province, Yulin in Shanxi province, Longyan in Fujian province, Zhoushan in Zhejiang Province, Taizhou in Jiangsu province, Changxing in Zhejiang province, Zhumadian in Henan Province, Yingtan in Jiangxi province and Kaili in Guizhou province.

According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the first batch of 8 cities including Shanghai, Ningbo, and Shaoxing in Zhejiang province, and Lanzhou and Baiyin in Gansu province joined the network in July 2012, and the second batch of 9 cities including Nanchang were added in April 2013.
