At the 2013 Beijing Fall Real Estate Trade Fair from September 19th to 22nd, the volume of housing transactions in Sanya reached 42 units, setting a new record in on-site housing sales in recent years.

During the 4-day event, the Sanya real estate promotion delegation consisting of 25 real estate enterprises from the city’s tourism real estate projects held a Sanya real estate promotion conference at Beijing Exhibition Center to promote various properties in Sanya, including villas, apartments with hotel-styled services, and property hotels.

Beijing has been one of the most important real estate markets for Sanya over the past few years, and homebuyers from Beijing account for more than 15% of the housing sales of Sanya.
