The 2013 Beijing Fall Real Estate Trade Fair kicked off on September 19 in Beijing and a delegation consisting of 25 real estate enterprises from Sanya participated to promote Hainan.

Beijing has long been one of the important real estate markets for Hainan. This year, over 120 new real estate projects across the island were displayed at the event.

According to the Hainan Real Estate Association, homebuyers from Beijing account for 15% or more of the sales of Sanya commercial residential property. Unlike the previous expo held in Harbin earlier this month, the Sanya Pavilion in Beijing targeted middle and high-end potential buyers, who prefer leisure holidays over saving for retirement.

Running since 2006, the Sanya real estate promotion has had its 8th year at the Beijing Fall Real Estate Trade Fair. The Sanya pavilion attracted a great number of visitors and became the top attraction of the four-day gathering.
