The 37th Harbin Real Estate Trade Fair was held from 13th to 16th September.

A Sanya delegation consisting of 24 real estate enterprises participated in the event.

The Sanya pavilion attracted a great number of visitors and became the top attraction of four-day gathering.

"It is bitterly cold in the winter here in Harbin, while in Sanya it is very comfortable. I have long thought about buying a property in Sanya and spending my retirement there.” said Mr.Li from Harbin.

Zhang Pengfei, a sales manager from Hainan Zhongdu Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd, said a number of home buyers in northern China were attracted by Sanya’s nice weather and clean air, which is in sharp contrast to the often heavy air pollution and hazy conditions in the north.

Zhang added that the Sanya home sales market has enjoyed stable growth despite new policies launched by the State Council to cool down the real estate market.
