On the morning of August 20th, Sanya Civilization Office held the launch ceremony of the Sanya civilization traffic voluntary services month campaign which aims to improve the traffic situation and raise awareness of "road civility".

A total of 64 volunteers have been confirmed to take part in the citywide traffic voluntary services campaign.

They will work together with 8 traffic police to provide traffic counselling services and dissuade pedestrians, electric bicycle drivers and vehicle drivers from committing traffic violations, such as running red lights, climbing fences and overloading during 11:30 am — 12:30 pm and 17:30 pm –19:30 pm in August 20th to September 20th period.

The campaign mainly focuses on the following road sections, the International Shopping Center road section in Jiefang Road, China Everbright Bank road section in Jiefang Road, Xinfeng Bridge road section in Hexi Road, the Bank of China road section in Jiefang Road, Luhuitou Square road section, Xinfeng Bridge road section in Hedong Road, Yuechuan road section in Yingbin Road and the Police Station road section in Yingbin Road.
