According to the Sanya Marine Board, maritime patrol ship ‘Haixun 11302’ was officially listed with the Sanya Marine Board on August 9th 2013, meaning it can now carry out patrol missions even during rough sea conditions with waves up to 5 meters.
Haixun 11302 has a length of 12.3 meters. With a total investment of more than 4 million yuan, the ship can reach a rated speed of 36 knots, and boasts highly advanced mobility and strong resisting wind abilities.
As the number of yachts and cruises increases, there are an increasing number of dangerous cases that occur in Sanya’s sea areas.
The ship Haixun 11302 will help strengthen the marine law enforcement capabilities in the sea areas in Sanya, Lingshui and Ledong, and expedite the establishment and improvement of marine cruising and rescue integration models to better ensure marine safety.
