Sanya High-tech Industrial Park is to be built into a comprehensive green industrial park, according to a detailed plan for Sanya High-tech Industrial Park recently released by local media on June 18th.

With a total planning area of 362.26 hectares, the Sanya High-tech Industrial Park project will stretch from Damao River in the east to the border of New Village farmhouse resort in the south, and from a hillside with 35-meter contour lines in the west to a coconut fiber factory in the north, forming a narrow leaf.

According to the detailed plans, the High-tech Industrial Park will focus on high-tech, tourism and life product processing, and also offer a large amount of comprehensive services including tourism service, accommodation and cargo distribution.

After its completion, the project will be a modern industrial ecological urban area including an north-south forestation corridor along the Jiyang Avenue, an east-west forestation corridor from East-ring Highway to Yalong Bay and a green park.
