Sanya Nanbianhai Area to be built into international yacht port

The Nanbianhai Area of Sanya is to be built into an international yacht port, according to a detailed plan for the Nanbianhai Area of Sanya city recently approved by the Sanya municipal government.
The international yacht port project boasts a total planning area of 2.08 square kilometers, stretching from Longling Road in the north to Luhuitou Park in the south, and from Hubaolin Ridge in the east to Xiaozhou Island in the west.
According to the detailed plan, 13.98% of the total planning area will be used for Public facilities and services, and 0.90% for education. A total of 22 yacht berths have been completed in the south sea area to date.
After its completion, the international yacht port will combine yacht sailing & training, marine cultural tourism, art performances, exhibitions, meetings, accommodation, catering, entertainment and shopping.
