Sanya Railway Station ranks 1st in 2012 China railway service quality survey
According to a recent report released by China’s former Ministry of Railways, Sanya Railway Station was first overall in Chinese stations’ railway passenger service quality in 2012.
The report was based on an online survey of consumers’ experiences across 314 railway stations and Sanya Railway Station topped the list with an overall score of 84.64.
Separately, the Bullet Train D7301 topped the list in the nationwide train satisfaction survey with a score of 67.7.
The survey asked netizens to assign scores to stations’ ticketing services, service satisfaction, ground transportation and internal environment.
Sanya Railway Station is the southernmost railway station in China as well as the largest amongst the fifteen railway stations on the East Ring Railway in Hainan province, and handles approximately 9,000 passengers daily.
