The construction of the Sanya Song Dynasty Cultural Tourism Resort has been progressing smoothly. Its first phase project is expected to be basically completed next month.

With a total investment of 5.5 billion yuan, Sanya Song Dynasty Cultural Tourism Resort at Yingbin Avenue is listed as one of the key provincial cultural projects in Hainan.

The project will be constructed in two phases and the first phase project consists of two grand theaters, an ancient town and a water theme park, and the second phase will be equipped with wonderful leisure, resort, residential and commercial facilities to help it forge itself into a tourist destination with its own characteristics.

"We have completed the construction of the two grand theaters. After its completion, the large-scale dance show ‘The Romance of The Sanya City’ will be staged at the end of this September'', said an official of the project.
