Several middle-aged men and women with Sanya native tongue were pulling the fishing net along the seaside of Sanya Bay.
 
At about 17:00 pm on July 7th, several middle-aged men and women were caught conducting an illegal fishing operation along the seaside of Sanya Bay.

Sanya fishery authority called on the public to stop such illegal fishing activities and announced that strong measures to strengthen the protection of the fishery resources in Sanya will be implemented soon.

According to the Sanya fisheries department, the government issued regulations to stop illegal fishing operations in the sea areas of Sanya Bay, Dadonghai Bay, Xiaodonghai Bay and Yalong Bay in 1998 and 2004.
