On June 20th, the Plaza of CRRE (China Railway Real Estate) was awarded the title of Sanya Industry Development Model Base, making it the first enterprise to develop the office building economy in Sanya.

As the first international Class A office building in Sanya, the Plaza of CRREC, located at the Yingbin Road, covers more than 30,000 square meters, and has become a landmark in Sanya’s Central Business District.

This year, the government has introduced reward polices to encourage more business offices to settle in Sanya. Office buildings of more than 20,000 square meters are encouraged to apply for the title of Sanya Industry Development Model Base, and will then be eligible to enjoy the related financial subsidies.

Enterprises that rent or purchase spaces for office use in the buildings will also receive certain rewards.
