Sanya’s scenic spots packed with tourists on 1st day of Duanwu Festival
Sanya saw an influx of tourists on June 10th, the first day of the 3-day Duanwu Festival holiday.
As one of the most popular destinations for holidaymakers in China, Sanya saw an influx of tourists on June 10th, the first day of the 3-day Duanwu Festival holiday.
Major scenic spots in Sanya including Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone, Yalong Bay Tropical Rainforest Park and Daxiaodongtian Scenic Spot were crowded with tourists.
About 5,000 tourists visited Yanoda Tropical Rainforest on the first day of the Duanwu Festival, of which group visitors accounted for 70% of the tourist arrivals. And more than 8,000 tourists visited Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone on that day.
Meanwhile, Daxiaodongtian Scenic Spot received more than 3,000 visitors, up 5% compared with the same period of last year
