According to the Sanya Housing and Construction Bureau, a real estate tour exhibition was held by the Sanya Real Estate Association from May 10 to 12 in Karamay, a northwest city of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

The exhibitors include leading property developers such as the China Railway Estate Group, Sino-Ocean and Luneng Property as well as high-end real estate projects from neighboring cities like Lingshui and Baoting to present their developments and properties directly to a carefully targeted audience of high-income prospective clients.

As the only tropical tourist city in China, the tourism commercial property market in Sanya shows enormous potential. The regional real estate promotional event is to showcase the development achievements and prospects of tourism real estate in all regions of Hainan.
