Sanya Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone received 35,000 domestic and international visitors during the 3-day Qingming Festival, most of them individual travelers.

The tourists took part in a variety of worshipping activities and many outdoor activities including ancestor worship, hiking and kite-flying, activities which are traditionally practiced during the Qingming festival at Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone.

During the 3-day Festival, Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone received a large number of self-driving traveling tourists and families, and a total of 2900 self-driving cars which were mainly from Hainan and Guangdong provinces.
