The delegation of the International Chamber of Commerce – Hong Kong, China (ICC-HK) visited Sanya on the morning of March 30, and Sanya’s Deputy Mayor Li Boqing met with the delegation at Phoenix Island.

The delegation was comprised of 30 individuals including the chairman of Hong Kong (SME) Economic and Promotion Association and Meilun Group Zhang Chuanhuang.

Mr. Li warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced the recent developments in Sanya’s economy and society, and the construction of the tourism island, commenting that the visit would improve exchanges and cooperation in tourism, culture, economy and education between the two regions.

Members of the delegation expressed a desire to promote Sanya to Hong Kong local people and businesses, and encourage more Hong Kong people to travel to Sanya and make investments there.
