The BMW Asia Boating Awards 2013 will be held on March 29 at the Sanya Intercontinental Resort. The ninth annual awards show will be hosted by Asia-Pacific Boating, China Boating and official title sponsor BMW. The gala evening will celebrate the accomplishments of individuals, clubs and companies who are making Asia the world's up-anr-coming yachting center.
 
This year's event high-profile guest list will feature prominent Chinese entrepreneurs, leaders of publicly-listed companies, celebrities, China's ultra-high net worth individuals and authoritative media. Asia-based yacht builders can bask in the limelight of the awards ceremony and enjoy some well-deserved attention. The exclusive event is supported by associate sponsors Serenity Coast China and Baccarat.
 
Awards will be presented in twenty different categories including Best Asian Yacht Builder (15m to 30m), Best Custom Built Yacht, Best Production Motor Yacht (24m to 40m), Asian Marina of the Year, Asian Regatta of the Year, Best Yacht Design of the Year and Best Asia-based Charter Company.
