Home transaction sales in Sanya remain the highest among Hainan Island’s cities and counties in the period of January and February with a total transaction area of 302,100 square meters.

The rest of the top five cities or counties in terms of transaction areas are Haikou, Lingshui , Qionghai and Chengmai.

Baoting ranked No.1 in Hainan in transaction volume growth, which was 7.6 times greater than in the previous year, followed by Wuzhishan, Chengmai, Wanning and Sanya.
