On February 8, the Sanya Government installed 30 pos machines on buses No.1 and No.4, kicking off internal testing of all-in-one-cards, which are expected to come into service on all buses in the city before the May Day holiday.

In the near future, card users will also be able to use the card to pay their taxi fares, electricity and gas bills, hotel expenses and scenic spot tickets.

The all-in-one-card has been rolled-out in more than 100 cities in China, covering public transport, scenic spots, supermarkets and restaurants.

Moreover, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Nanjing have established systems to accept each other's all-in-one-cards, which enables card users to use the cards in the three cities. Sanya is stepping up to join this wide network.
