The celebration ceremony for the maiden voyage of the cruise ship "Henna", the mainland’s largest luxury cruise ship, was held at Sanya Phoenix Island International Cruise Terminal on January 26th, marking a break with the traditional monopoly of foreign yacht companies in the Chinese cruise tourism market.

With a total length of 223 meters and width of 31 meters, the cruise ship has 739 cabins and a capacity of 1,965 passengers, and includes a range of facilities for living and entertainment including restaurants, duty-free shops, theatres, a SPA center, banquet hall, multi-purpose conference room, chess &cards room, children's care center, gym and swimming pool .

The cruise ship has set off on its maiden voyage from Sanya to Vietnam's Halong Bay. It will make Sanya its homeport to operate the Sanya-Halong Bay route, Sanya-Danang route and Sanya-Halong Bay-Danang route from January to April, and then it will be based in Tianjin to operate the Tianjin- South Korea's Incheon-Jeju Island route from May to September.

To meet the individual demands of different customers, single tickets, travel packages and customizable services will be provided on the ship.
