A job fair with a special emphasis on positions for veterans was held at Sanya Garrison Command Area on November 30th.

The job fair began in the afternoon, with a total of 48 local enterprises setting up booths. The enterprises altogether offered more than 800 job positions, in fields that included rescuers, drivers, aviation safety control and finance.

Approximately 400 veterans attended the fair, during which about 100 ex-military members showed great interest and signed up.

"The skills of those who attended are quite good and can generally meet our requirements”, said Mr. Chen, an employer looking for aviation safety officers. The airline also provides information on various welfare benefits for veterans, from insurance coverage to training sessions.
