The perfume & cosmetics area of the Haikou Meilan Airport duty-free store, as the second part of the store’s 3rd phase, officially opened for business on January 20th, 2014.

With its opening, a total of 24 internationally-recognized perfume and cosmetics brands were introduced in the store, including Estee Lauder, Lancome and Dior. And a number of new brands, including Giorgio Armani, Kishl's, La Mer, Benefit and Sisley will be added gradually.

The first part of the duty free store’s 3rd phase opened on December 31st 2013 and attracted 44 internationally renowned brands to settle there, including Swarovski, Gucci, Clarks and Rockport.

The sales volume of the Haikou Meilan Airport duty-free store enjoyed rapid growth in 2013, with the total sales volume hitting RMB 620 million, an increase of 70% over that of 2012.

As a reward for customers, the duty free store will launch a variety of promotional and discount campaigns, and a wide selection of duty-free products such as jewelry, watches, perfumes and cosmetics will be subject to certain discounts.
