Croatian ambassador for China pays visit to Sanya
On the evening of November 24th, Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Sanya Wang Yong met with Croatian Ambassador for China Ante Simonic and the Mayor of Dubrovnik Andro Vlahusic at Doubletree Resort by Hilton Sanya Haitang Bay.
In the meeting, Wang Yong and Andro Vlahusic signed a cooperation agreement and both sides have reached a consensus on deepening mutual understanding and establishing a friendship relationship between the two cities.
Mr. Wang added that there will be more room for future exchanges and cooperation in economy, trade, tourism, culture, education, agriculture and new high technology between Sanya and Dubrovnik.
According to the government, Sanya has established friendly relationships with more than 40 countries and regions all over the world and Dubrovnik is its 11 sister-city.
