On the afternoon of 4th November the signing ceremony for a professional yacht training base for yacht operators was held in Haikou. The Yalong Bay Yacht Club will become the first professional yacht institution for yacht operators in China.
 
At the ceremony, over 30 yacht crews from Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shenzhen, Beijing and Hainan took part in the training activity and received certificates.
 
To date more than 100 yacht sales and service companies have set up up to 831 berths on the island. With the rapid development of yacht industry in Hainan, there is a huge demand for yachting professionals.
 
Yalong Bay Yacht Training Base is the only professional institution verified by the State Maritime Administration in Hainan Province.
