On November 1st China’s 4th FBO (Fixed Base Operators), operated by China’s Deer Jet, was put into operation at the Sanya Phoenix International Airport after Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen cities.

With its rapid tourism development, Sanya is fast becoming one of the world’s top 50 cities visited by tourists from all over the world. It is ranked as the 5th city in China in terms of departure and landing of business aircraft services.

The operation of the FBO will bring a superior level of service that will not only meet the requirements of holding national diplomatic activities, but exceed in all areas the services that are currently offered by FBOs not only in China, but around the globe, said Lin Dong, the Vice Mayor of the Sanya government.

Deer Jet, a subsidiary of the Hainan Airlines group, was established in 1995. It has played a pioneering role in Asia’s business aviation industry. As of October 2012, the company has managed more than 50 business aircrafts.
