The Sanya Tourism Development Commission is this year planning to bring the hugely-popular show ‘The Voice of China’ to the city, in a move that represents another significant milestone in the integrated resort’s entertainment strategy.

The 2012 Sanya Beach Music Carnival is set to kick off in November. The 56 contestants from The Voice of China and celebrities and stars from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan will also perform to a sellout crowd at an exclusive concert in Haitang Bay.

The carnival is aimed at establishing Sanya as a centre of tourism and leisure by bringing in a wealth of entertainment options to diversify Sanya’s tourism industry. The Voice of China, with its broad appeal, will attract citizens of all ages to come to Sanya and to the glittering Haitang Bay.
