The Sanya transport authority has taken measures to ensure that transportation services will be smooth and efficient for local residents and tourists during the Golden Week holidays.

In order to ensure their smooth operation, a service team consisting of members from local transport authorities and transport companies will be available for information every day from September 30th to October 7th at local railway station, bus station and airport. The team will provide various services to ensure the safety and comfort of those using the transport systems.

During the holiday period, passengers taking a taxi will get a taxi service card at the operating station and each card will contain detailed travel information written in English and Chinese, in order to help prevent passengers being cheated by drivers.

As well as this, the local authority has set up a special team to deal with any emergencies or concerns regarding tourism on the internet.
