The all-in-one card service, designed by Shanghai Yanhua Smartech Group Company Limited, will enable residents to use the card to pay for entry to specific scenic spots, public transport, dining at restaurants, shopping various consumption outlets participating in the scheme.
 
Besides, the company will consult with the departments concerned about providing more functions for the all-in-one card, by which residents can pay for water and electricity expense, medical treatment related to their daily life.
 
The all-in-one card, as a convenient and quick payment service, has been applied in many cities. Currently, Sanya relevant departments are working on the plan to ensure the quality of the service.
