The section of Jiyang Huandao Road or Island Ring Road directly from National Highway G224 and Yuling Avenue will be under road reconstruction, according to the Sanya Transport Bureau.
 
The duration of road traffic control will start from September 1, 2012 until Januaury 25, 2013.
 
Vehicles heading for the section are required to follow the traffic regulation, which is open with one-lane traffic.
  
During the period, large trucks with over 5 tons payload capacity will be baned from accessing to the section back and forth from 7:30am to 9:30am in the morning and 16:30pm to 19:00pm in the afternoon.
