The construction for Jinken Residential Area subsidized housings in Xinxing Farm in Baoting Li & Miao Nationalities Autonomous County was officially commenced on August 6, which was the first project of this kind after the management for the entire established system of the Xinxing Farm has been handed over to Baoting. The housings for thousands of leaders and employees in the farm will be provided after the project is completed and put into service.

Covering an area of 102 acres and with the construction area of 156,800m2, the project of Jinken Residential Area subsidized housings is located in 5th Village of 4th District in Xinxiang Farm. According to the plan, altogether 1566 housings of 12 buildings will be built, including 300 low-rent housings, 200 public-rent housings and 1056 economically affordable housings. With the estimated investment of ￥380,000,000, the project will take two years for completion.
