Howard Johnson Resort Sanya Bay suspended after 120 poisoned by food

SANYA City government in Hainan Province has asked the Howard Johnson Resort Sanya Bay to suspend business after 120 people showed signs of food poisoning yesterday, according to chinanews.com.
Guests in the five-star resort hotel felt sick shortly after having breakfast and 120 of them were sent to a local hospital for treatment. No one was in critical condition.
Twenty-eight guests left the hospital after treatment while 92 others remained in the hospital for further observation.
The provincial government has sent investigators to Sanya to find the cause of food poisoning and the Sanya Health Bureau has organized medical experts to assist the treatment of the patients.
