According to the latest statistics from research on the residential real estate market in China, Sanya ranked No.1 among domestic cities in terms of the home sales price.

The rankings are based on housing prices among 40 cities surveyed in June and July.

Among the 40 cities surveyed, Sanya topped the list with the highest average home price at 26,000 yuan per square meter, followed by Shanghai at 22,000 yuan, Beijing at 21,000 yuan, Shenzhen 20,194 yuan and Guangzhou at 12,755 yuan
