1 to 2 tropical storms are forecast to impact Hainan Province late this month after the tropical typhoon Vicente left the island, according to Sanya Weather Bureau.

The weather authority said the rainfall in Sanya in the following week will be more than usual due to the monthly monsoon. And the average temperature this month is very close to the previous year.

It is also reported that strong tropical storms Saola and Damrey, which are going to impact the China's southeast coastal areas late this month, are not likely to pose any threat to Hainan Province.
