The municipal government advocates hotels, restaurants and bars to open their toilets to public and at the same time provides special fund for those qualified toilets.

About 43 public places and social service agencies signed the open-toilet-for-free agreement, including Baohong Hotel Sanya, Linda Haijing Hotel, Ocean Sonic Resort Sanya etc.
