In order to improve the security and administration of B&B inns in Sanya, a special session, which was involved with Public Security Bureau, Fire Department, Tourism Department, Sanitation Department and other related departments, was held on the afternoon of 10th July by Jiang Wei, vice mayor and head of Public Security Bureau of Sanya.

During the session, each department reported the difficulties met in the rectification activity and put forward suggestions. The statistics from the Fire Department showed that 452 out of 731 B&B inns are operating without the security certificate from Fire Department and other questions like unapproved construction project and substandard fire facilities and sanitary environment might endanger the security and health of tourists.

After all the reports, Jiang Wei highly complimented all the departments on their work and pointed out that the B&B inns without certain certificates should receive rectifications and stop operation during rectification.
