As the summer vacation period arrives, Sanya’s tourism market is beginning to heat up. Travel agencies, scenic spots and hotels in Sanya are offering special offers to attract tourists.

Self-funded travel, especially “family tours”, are most favoured by tourists. Scenic spots like Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Tourism Zone, Tianya Haijiao, and Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone have seen their peak visitor flow since the beginning of July.

Several coastal resorts & hotels have offered generous packages for families. For example, the Resort Intime on Dadonghai beach is offering free swimming lessons and sand sculpture classes for children.

Scenic spots such as Dongtian Park, Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Tourism Zone, and Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone will offer special discounts for students and teachers from Hainan province.
