Villas in Hainan are chosen as the favorite out of several prominent places such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Suzhou and Chongqing.

The villas of Hainan are mainly scattered in Haikou and Sanya, and 75% of netizens chose to buy a villa in Sanya for its temperate climate and beautiful scenery.

The survey showed that independent villas were the favorite type chosen by netizens. At the same time, European style, Chinese style, French style and the Mediterranean style were also hot choices.

Influenced by the strict controls on high-end residential land use, 50% of netizens believed the price of villas in Hainan would skyrocket, and 25% of netizens thought Hainan would face the harsh reality of the scarcity of villas.
